Refund policy

Classes and workshops are refundable up to 24 hours in advance. If there is a reason you cannot attend the workshop within 24 hours before the class, a credit for another class will be issued. Please contact us with any questions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
